Standard Terms & Conditions & Refund Policy

Live performance

1.     To confirm a live performance, a fully completed booking form must be received by the Company at least 4 weeks prior to the booking date.

2.     Upon receipt of a booking form, an invoice will be generated and sent to the customer within 7 days, the invoice acts as the Company’s confirmation of your booking in our tour schedule.

3.     Invoices must be paid by internet bank transfer or by card payment within 14 calendar days of date of invoice. Customers will be advised how to complete a card payment.

Cancellation Terms & Refunds for a live performance

1.     Cancellation by the customer: up to four calendar weeks from date of delivery: 50% refund

2.     Cancellation by the customer: from four calendar weeks to date of delivery: no refund

3.     Cancellation by the Company any time from receipt of invoice payment: 100% refund

4.     If a performance cannot go ahead due to illness, the Company will liaise with the customer and endeavor to rearrange the performance delivery date. Other reasonable measures to provide the customer with production content will be attempted by the Company.

Streamed content

1.     To confirm the purchase of a streamed content product, a fully completed booking form must be received by the Company.

2.     Upon receipt of a booking form, an invoice will be generated and sent to the customer within 7 days, the invoice acts as the Company’s confirmation of your order.

3.     Invoices must be paid by internet bank transfer or by card payment within 14 calendar days of date of invoice. Customers will be advised how to complete a card payment.

Cancellation Terms & Refunds for a streamed content product

1.     Customers have 14 calendar days from date of invoice to cancel their purchase. If payment has been made within this period, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund.

2.     After 14 calendar days of date of invoice, customers are liable for the full amount to be paid immediately.

3.     There are no refunds after 14 calendar days from date of invoice.

4.     In certain circumstances, at the discretion of Tie It Up Theatre, a credit note for use towards other products/deliveries may be issued.
