Megan Macdonald - Fiona: Megan Macdonald is an actress who hails from the beautiful Scottish Highlands. A 2019 BA Acting graduate from Rose Bruford College, Megan has spent the last few years in Inverness supporting adults with learning difficulties, alongside honing her craft. 

Credits include Vernon God Little (Stratford Circus), Blue Stockings (Rose Bruford College), Preach (Hoxton Hall) and short film 21st Century Actor. This is Megan’s professional debut and she is very excited to be working with Tie It Up Theatre for the first time!

Kelly Davie - Jenna: Kelly is a Glaswegian actress, theatre maker and drama facilitator. Before graduating from The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland studying Acting in Classical and Contemporary Text, she completed her MA in Theatre Practices at The University of Glasgow.

Recent credits include: Sleeping Betty, A Proper Glesga Panto (Halo Arts, Stephanie Falls), Alone (BBC, Gill Davies), Club Supreme (Surge/Ramshacklicious), Flightpath (Brief Palava/The Brockley Jack Theatre) and Bonny Aileen (Animation/Fable Feast). 

Kelly loves her work as a drama facilitator, teaching and rehearsing with a variety of performing arts communities, with the goal to inspire and encourage young people and those who don't normally work in the realms of theatre, to get involved and be creative. This is Kelly's second tour with TiE It Up Theatre.

Rhys Anderson - Tim: Rhys trained at Edinburgh College of Performing Arts Studio Scotland and The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, on the Acting Collaborative and Devised Theatre course. 

Theatre credits include: Dialektikon (Exnihilo) Romeo and Juliet (Cumbernauld Theatre) Crooked Letter  (TNT/ADG) Keepers of the Light, (Flagstone Productions), Beg For Me (Rosa Maria Alexander. 

Short films include: The Hollow Men (Directed by Daniel Bingham).

Rhys has been involved in numerous theatre productions across the country including several tours, including to Germany in 2022 and another across the the Scottish islands.

He was awarded the Brightspark award in 2022 for emerging Scottish talent. This is the second tour Rhys has undertaken with TiE It Up Theatre.

Sands Stirling - Jack: Sands is a Glasgow born actor and director. He trained at Reid Kerr College and the University of Sunderland respectively. He is a Company Manager of Saltire Sky Theatre Company and has Co-Directed three productions with them “1902” (Winner: Off West End Award 2022 [OFFfest] & Broadway Baby's Bobby Award), “Bits ‘N’ Pieces” (Winner: Best Scottish Production, Scottish Theatre Awards 2022) & “MANikin” (Nominated: Best Scottish Production & Bright Spark Award for Emerging Talent, Scottish Theatre Awards 2023).

Acting credits include “1902” (Saltire Sky), “The Lieutenant of Inishmore” (In Your Face Theatre) and appearing in the Opening Ceremony for Glasgow's Commonwealth Games in 2014 alongside a string of panto appearances (Eastwood Park Theatre) and European advertising campaigns.

This is Sands’ first time working with Tie It Up Theatre and is delighted to be a part of sharing this story with Scottish audiences.

*Due to illness part-way through the tour, Sands stepped into the role of Jack replacing Mark Hannah.

Mark Hannah - Jack: Mark is an actor and playwright born and bred in the City of Edinburgh. He is now now based in London where he graduated from the BA Acting programme at LAMDA in 2022.

He has previously performed his own writing Upstairs at the Royal Court and since graduating last summer, has provided voiceovers for Audible and appeared in the promotional campaign for the relaunched Call of Duty Modern Warfare franchise. Mark is also a returning member of the company.

*Sadly, Mark had to leave the tour part-way through due to illness. Tie It Up wishes him a speedy recovery and looks forward to working with Mark again on the future.

Cobie Scott-Ward - director: has worked on every TiE It Up Theatre project since 2018 and returns for the second time to direct the Scottish cast production. For TiE It Up, Cobie has toured three times in Mark Wheeller's Hard to Swallow, and is an original cast member of I Love You, Mum - I Promise I Won't Die, which toured Scotland and England in 2022 for the first time, again in Spring 2023 and reprised her role as Fiona in the theatre tour of 'I Love You, Mum..' in the summer of 2023.

Cobie trained at East 15 Acting School graduating with a BA Hons in Acting and Contemporary Theatre. She is also Company Director of A Very Serious Theatre Company based in South Yorkshire. She has also written and directed a number of touring productions including a recent TIE educational tour, NHS Success. Previously, Cobie has worked on a number of regional pantomimes, commercials and three cruise contracts amounting to six musicals. She is also qualified and experienced Makaton interpreter working in theatre.
