Tarah-Mae Balfour - Fiona/Female 1: studied Drama and Performance at Queen Margaret University; later gaining her ATCL in Acting and Speech via Acting Out Drama School. With a keen interest in physical and community theatre, Tarah-Mae loves work that inspires deep conversations that educate on tough topics and create magic! Represented by Wozniak Management, she has recently worked on short film ‘Hard Travelling’ with the Edinburgh Cine and Video Society, and after the tour with Tie Up Theatre, will go straight on to perform as an Elf in John Lewis stores in their Tea Parties with Santa for the second year running.

Eilidh West - Jenna/Female 2: is an Edinburgh based Actor and trained at Edinburgh Napier University.
Recent credits include: 'Jenny' in Hysterical (Edinburgh Fringe and Duns Play Fest), 'Blood' in Graveyard Of The Outcast Dead (Edinburgh Festival Fringe) , '7', in the Wolves (Edinburgh Napier University ), 'Ensemble' in Loveplay (Edinburgh Napier University). This is Eilidh's first tour with TiE It Up Theatre.

Rhys Anderson - Tim/Male 1: Rhys trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, graduating in 2018.
Since then, he has cultivated a distinguished theatre career. Rhys made his professional debut at the Park Theatre in London and has since graced stages both nationally and internationally. He won the Best Actor award at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2022 for his role in Beg for Me and starred as Edward VIII in the critically acclaimed musical Wallis, which won Best New Musical in 2024.
Rhys has showcased his versatility in Shakespearean roles, including Tybalt and Paris in Romeo and Juliet at Cumbernauld Theatre, and he took on the title role in a celebrated six-month European and Central American tour of Hamlet with TNT in 2024.
Additionally, he originated the role of Donald/Mac in Keepers of the Light, which has enjoyed two highly successful, sold-out tours across Scotland.
Beyond his acting prowess, Rhys is also a skilled bass player.
Rhys is delighted to be rejoining TiE It Up Theatre.

Sands Stirling - Jack/Male 2: is a Glasgow born actor and director training at Reid Kerr College and the University of Sunderland respectively. He is Company Manager of Saltire Sky Theatre and has Co-Directed three productions with them; “1902” (Winner: Off West End Award 2022 [OFFfest] & Broadway Baby's Bobby Award), “Bits ‘N’ Pieces” (Winner: Best Scottish Production, Scottish Theatre Awards 2022) and “MANikin” (Nominated: Best Scottish Production & Bright Spark Award for Emerging Talent, Scottish Theatre Awards 2023).
Acting credits include “1902” (Saltire Sky), “The Lieutenant of Inishmore” (In Your Face Theatre), MANikin (Saltire Sky), “I Love You Mum, I Promise I Won’t Die” (TiE It Up Theatre) and appearing in the Opening Ceremony for Glasgow's Commonwealth Games in 2014 alongside a string of panto appearances (Eastwood Park Theatre) and European advertising campaigns.
Sands is delighted to be working with TiE It Up Theatre and the Daniel Spargo-Mabbs Foundation once again for the 2024 Scottish tour of this important story.

Kelly Davie - Director: is a Glaswegian actress, theatre maker and drama facilitator. Before graduating from The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland studying Acting in Classical and Contemporary Text, she completed her MA in Theatre Practices at The University of Glasgow.
Recent credits include: Sleeping Betty, A Proper Glesga Panto (Halo Arts, Stephanie Falls), Alone (BBC, Gill Davies), Club Supreme (Surge/Ramshacklicious), Flightpath (Brief Palava/The Brockley Jack Theatre) and Bonny Aileen (Animation/Fable Feast).
Kelly loves her work as a drama facilitator, teaching and rehearsing with a variety of performing arts communities, with the goal to inspire and encourage young people and those who don't normally work in the realms of theatre, to get involved and be creative. Kelly played Jenna on two previous Scottish tours of I Love You, Mum.. and this is her first time directing for the company.
